We derive the NNLO
evolution equation in non-forward kinematic for flavor-nonsinglet leading twist operators in the
$\overline{\text{MS}}$ scheme. Results were obtained both for evolution kernel for light-ray operators and
the anomalous dimension matrix for local operators.
They are also directly applicable to the renormalization of the pion light-cone distribution amplitude.
