Based on the open access philosophy
Proceedings published on PoS can be read free of charge. No subscription nor registration is required of readers.
On the PoS home page you can find a list of forthcoming conferences, recent conferences and the conference archive.
For each conference, the proceedings are put live by the chairman after all the contributions have been uploaded and reviewed. In each conference you will find the list of contributions, which may or may not be divided into sections, with a link to the pdf file.
It might occur that a link to a pdf file is not active. This means that the author, regardless of the chairman's requests and reminders, has not uploaded her/his contribution by the requested deadline.
Citations
A paper published in the PoS proceedings can be cited in a bibliography using the standard article ID number which can be found on the website or on each article page. For instance the 12th article of the conference "27th Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart Workshop", whose conference ID is WAM2004, can be quoted in the following way:
