Abstract
This analysis corresponds to the search of a heavy neutral Higgs boson of the Minimal Supersymmetric extension of the Standard Model (MSSM) decaying to a pair of tau leptons using proton-proton collisions at √s = 13 TeV corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3.2ifb recorded by the ATLAS detector for the Run II of the LHC. The analysis focuses on Higgs bosons
produced in the mass range between 200 GeV and 1200 GeV by gluon-gluon fusion and associated production with a b-quark for which it defines two separated and optimized categories. The analysis is also split according to the tau decay modes, where at least one of the tau leptons decays to hadrons and a tau neutrino. The estimation of the backgrounds is done using data-driven techniques for leading backgrounds (multi-jet, W+jets) and MC models for other contributions.
