Abstract
The various Gross-Neveu classes of quantum field theories are of interest in the study of a particular phase transition in graphene. We review recent activity in the determination of several critical exponents in the chiral Heisenberg Gross-Neveu universality class using the critical point large
$N$ technique which includes the use of the large $N$ conformal bootstrap method.
