Abstract
The dynamics that completes the SM must be either very heavy or very weakly-coupled to us: in either case its effects decouple from experiments, thus explaining the absence of any direct evidence so far. In this note we argue that neutrino oscillation experiments are sensitive to very feeble interactions between the SM and dark sectors, as long as these are very light. This offers a unique probe of light new physics sectors coupled to us via the neutrino portal.
