Abstract
AMS-02 on the International Space Station has been releasing data of
unprecedented accuracy. This poses new challenges for their interpretation.
In this paper, we refine the methodology to get a statistically sound determination of the
cosmic-ray propagation parameters. For this purpose, we
inspect the impact of nuclear cross-section uncertainties and energy correlations
in data systematic errors.

Metadata are provided both in "article" format (very similar to INSPIRE) as this helps creating very compact bibliographies which can be beneficial to authors and readers, and in "proceeding" format which is more detailed and complete.
