Abstract
The bottom and strange Yukawa couplings can play an important role in Higgs phenomenology in MSSM scenarios characterized by large tan$\beta$. In these Proceedings we will review the current knowledge of the radiative corrections to these Yukawa couplings the main features of the NNLO
calculation.
