Abstract
Five results are presented for charmonium production in $pp$, $p-Pb$ and Pb-Pb collisions.
Measurements of per-event yields, nuclear modification factors and non-prompt fractions are presented
for $J/\psi$ and $\psi(2S)$ in Pb+Pb collisions at $\sqrt{S_{NN}}$ = 5.02 TeV and $pp$ collisions at
$\sqrt{s}$=5.02 TeV. The modification of the production of $J/\psi$, $\psi(2S)$, and $\Upsilon(1S)$ , $\Upsilo n(2S)$, and $\Upsilon(3S)$
in $p + Pb$ collisions relative to their production in $pp$ collision is measured at a center of mass
energy per nuclean pair of 5.02 TeV. The elliptic flow of
both prompt and non prompt $J/\psi$ is measured in Pb+Pb collisions at $\sqrt{S_{NN}}$ = 5.02 TeV.
Measurements of prompt and non-prompt $J/\psi$ and $\psi(2S)$ mesons with $p_{T}$ between 60-360 GeV
is reported at $\sqrt{s}$= 13 TeV in $pp$ collisions.
A measurement of the production of a prompt $J/\psi$ in association with a $W$ is presented at $\sqrt{s}$=8 TeV
in $pp$ collisions.
