Abstract
In this manuscript, the STCF project proposed by the Chinese particle physics community is introduced. With a peak luminosity over $0.5\times10^{35}$ cm$^{-2}$s$^{-1}$, STCF is expected to deliver 1 ab$^{-1}$ data sample per year. With such a high luminosity, the STCF will be one of the crucial precision frontier for exploring the nature of non-perturbative strong interactions, understanding the internal structure of hadrons, studying the asymmetry of matter-antimatter in baryon, lepton and charm meson sectors, test the SM with unprecedented precision, and probing physics beyond the SM.

Metadata are provided both in "article" format (very similar to INSPIRE) as this helps creating
very compact bibliographies which can be beneficial to authors and
readers, and in "proceeding" format
which is more detailed and complete.
