Abstract
We present measurements of the $\mathrm{t}\bar{\mathrm{t}}\mathrm{H}$ and $\mathrm{t}\mathrm{H}$ associated production rate performed by the CMS Collaboration in a sample of $\mathrm{p}\mathrm{p}$ collision events at $\sqrt{s}=$ 13 TeV. The analyses are performed in the diphoton and multilepton channels by categorizing events according to the lepton and jet multiplicity, and to multivariate classifiers that discriminate signals from the corresponding background processes. The observed results are consistent with the SM expectations, achieving sensitivities close to five standard deviations with respect to the background-only hypothesis for $\mathrm{t}\bar{\mathrm{t}}\mathrm{H}$ production.
