These proceedings will review two recent LHCb measurements
of the mass difference $\Delta m_s$ in the $B^0_s-\overline{B}^0_s$ system and present a LHCb combined $\Delta m_s$ value.
Then recent measurements of the CKM angle $\gamma$ will be presented, followed by the correspondingly updated $\gamma$ combination result.
