Abstract
HD144941 star is the most extreme representative of magnetic massive helium stars. In it, almost all atmospheric hydrogen is replaced by helium. Helium surface fraction 0.95 by quantity. Contents metals about 10 times less than solar in absolute number, the ratio of metals to hydrogen is typical of massive early-type stars.
