Abstract
The CMS at the CERN LHC conducts extensive searches for new physics in which leptons and photons provide clear signatures. Many exotic possibilities beyond the Standard Model are under consideration, including new gauge bosons or resonances, leptoquarks, Higgs-like particles, extra dimensions, dark matter, and more. In this overview, the recently released results on such searches from the full LHC Run-2 (2016-2018) dataset at center of mass energy of 13 TeV are presented.
