Abstract
This document contains a selection of new results from the CMS experiment. The results
focus on the use of specialized data streams which were collected by the CMS experiment during the 2$^{\text{nd}}$ and 3$^{\text{rd}}$ data taking period of the LHC -- Run 2 and
Run 3. In addition to the new results, a summary paper detailing the creation and
use of these data streams is discussed.
