Abstract
The study of $C\!P$ violation in charmless beauty-hadron decays provides a sensitive probe of the Standard Model flavour sector and of possible contributions from physics beyond it. These proceedings present an update of the LHCb measurement of $C\!P$ asymmetries in two-body charmless decays of beauty mesons, $B^0_{(s)}\to K^\pm \pi^\mp $ and $B^0_{(s)}\to \pi^+ \pi^-$, using the full Run 2 $pp$ collision dataset, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 6\,fb$^{-1}$ collected at a centre-of-mass energy $\sqrt{s}=13$\,TeV, where time-dependent $C\!P$-violation measurement of the rare $B_s^0 \to \pi^+\pi^-$ decay is performed for the first time in history. Statistical uncertainties on the measured $C\!P$-violation observables are reported, showing an improvement with respect to previous LHCb measurements. The remaining steps towards the final result, including the evaluation of systematic uncertainties and the implementation of improved flavour-tagging algorithms, are also introduced.
