Fully baryonic decays of beauty hadrons provide a unique laboratory for investigating the dynamics of baryon production in weak decays and offer new opportunities to search for CP- and T-violating effects in systems with rich spin structure.
During the past few years, the LHCb experiment has substantially expanded the experimental knowledge of this class of processes through the first observations of several fully baryonic decay modes of beauty mesons and baryons. This contribution reviews the recent LHCb results on fully baryonic decays, including the first observation of the charmless decay $\Lambda_b^0\rightarrow \Lambda p \bar{p}$, the two-body decay $B^+\rightarrow\Lambda\bar{p}$, the four-body decay $B^+\rightarrow\Lambda\bar{p}p\bar{p}$, the observation of $\bar{B}_{(s)}^0\rightarrow\Lambda_c^+\bar{\Lambda}_c^-$, and measurements of the decays $B^0_{(s)}\rightarrow p\bar{p}p\bar{p}$.
