Abstract
We present a new version of ${\rm S{\small EC}D{\small EC}}$, a program for the numerical computation of parametric
integrals in the context of dimensional regularization. By its modular structure, the python
rewrite ${\rm pyS{\small EC}D{\small EC}}$ is much more customizable than earlier versions of ${\rm S{\small EC}D{\small EC}}$. The numerical
integration is accelerated using code optimization available in FORM. With the new C++ interface,
${\rm pyS{\small EC}D{\small EC}}$ can provide numerical solutions of analytically unknown integrals in user-defined
code.
