We review some selected results from lattice field theories
beyond QCD. In particular we focus on finding evidence for the
existence of infrared fixed points, on the dynamics of theories just
outside the conformal window, and on the recent interest for
simulations of Composite Higgs models. We discuss the potential
impact of lattice simulations on BSM model building.
