Abstract
After Run~2, LHCb has collected the world's largest sample of charmed hadrons. This sample is further investigated to understand the $C\!P$ violation observed in charm decays in 2019.
The measurement of the time-integrated $C\!P$ asymmetry in $D^0\rightarrow K^-K^+$ decays, $A_{C\!P}(K^-K^+)$, and its combination with the observed \mbox{$\Delta A_{C\!P}=A_{C\!P}(K^-K^+)-A_{C\!P}(\pi^-\pi^+)$} are presented in this document, reporting the first evidence of $C\!P$ violation in $D^0\rightarrow\pi^-\pi^+$.
Due to the variation of the strong phase across the Dalitz plane, multi-body decays have unique features for $C\!P$ violation searches as a different size of $C\!P$ asymmetry can be found. The decays $D_{(s)}^+\rightarrow K^-K^+K^+$ and $D^0\rightarrow\pi^-\pi^+\pi^0$ have been investingated with model-independent approaches, reporting no evidence for $C\!P$ violation in these decay modes.
