After a canonical disclaimer and some general remarks, I will make brief comments on two
arbitrarily selected topics: gravitational waves and cosmic neutrinos. I will add a very brief
comment on a third topic: cosmic rays. I will end with traditional acknowledgements and a call
to show up at the next year Mondello (why not Vulcano?) meeting.
