Abstract
The LSND, Gallium and reactor neutrino anomalies can be explained by short-baseline neutrino oscillations due to the mixing of the active neutrinos with sterile neutrinos at the eV scale. I review the results of a 3+1 global fit of short-baseline neutrino oscillation data which includes the recent measurements of the MINOS, IceCube, and NEOS experiments.
