Abstract
We report in this presentation on the recent calculations of the mixed QCD-Yukawa corrections to the top-and bottom-Yukawa couplings and masses within the Standard Model (SM) and its minimal supersymmetric extension (MSSM). We concentrate on the comparison between the SM and the MSSM predictions and on the non decoupling behavior of the SUSY corrections that might open a new window to indirect searches for new physics.
