Recent measurements of rare processes involving top quark production at the CMS experiment are presented. We will describe a comprehensive set of measurements, from top/antitop quark pair accompanied with electroweak gauge bosons ($W$, $Z$ or $\gamma$), to single top quark production in association with gauge bosons, and down to the production of four top quarks.
The later process, to which the LHC experiments are starting to be sensitive, can be used to constrain the top quark Yukawa coupling.
