Energy and atomic number scan in electron-ion collisions

Abstract
The electron-ion collisions allow one to study the large accelerations. The beam energy scan provides the possibility to vary the temperature and to study the Unruh effect. The atomic number scan data will be sensitive to the relation of Sivers function to disspation and memory effects.
