Abstract
The Ethical, Legal, Socio-Economic and Cultural aspects of Artificial Intelligence have been aburning issue over the last five years. In the EU, especially this has been brought into focus bythe High-Level Experts Group on Artificial Intelligence (AI HLEG) which produced a documentwith guidelines for this purpose. This paper presents an interpretation of the application of theEU guidelines to promote a Trustworthy AI for Europe
