The causal view of hadron formation allows to establish a
simple quantization scheme describing mass spectra of light
hadrons. The resulting model predicts a multitude of observable
effects, notably the enhanced production of close pairs of equally charged pions, traditionally attributed to Bose-Einstein interference. Model predictions agree with measurements performed by the ATLAS Collaboration.
