Abstract
Many open questions remain, requiring physics beyond the Standard Model. Results of two recent searches for physics beyond the Standard Model in top final states from the CMS Collaboration are presented. The first result involves a search for dark matter produced in association with top quarks. The second result is a search for R-parity violating and stealth supersymmetric signatures in a final state with top quarks, multiple jets, and little to no missing transverse momentum.
