Abstract
We discuss the modes π΅βπΎ(β) + invisible in the context of non-standard neutrino interactions as well as in the presence of new light (dark matter) particle pairs. We study models and parameters that can account for the recently reported excess over the SM by Belle II, and consider their implications for additional π΅ decay modes and other phenomenology.
