Abstract
Amongst the various beyond-Standard-Model topics, dark matter plays a pivotal role in today's particle physics.
Searches for Dark Matter involve many fields and span a wide array of theoretical models, one of them being the dark sector.
This review presents results of recent dark-sector searches performed by the $e^+e^-$ $B$ factories: BaBar, Belle, and Belle II.
