The nucleon energy-energy correlator (NEEC) was proposed in [X. Liu and H.X. Zhu, Nucleon Energy Correlators, Phys. Rev. Lett. 130 (2023) 091901]
as a new way to study the nucleon structure. We present the factorization theorem that enables the measurement of the unpolarized NEEC in lepton-nucleon collisions. We present the complete spectrum for the observalbe. The corresponding collinear and transverse momentum-dependent logarithms are resummed to all orders with the accuracy of NLL and N$^3$LL, respectively. And the results in the full region are matched with ${\cal O}(\alpha^2_s)$ fixed-order calculation.
