The purpose of the conference series is to discuss theoretical and experimental progress in studies of the QCD phase diagram and properties of strongly interacting matter at high temperature and density. Particular emphasis is put on the physics at non-zero baryon number density.Main topics to be discussed at the Conference will include: Critical Point, Phase transitions in hot and dense matter, Deconfinement and chiral symmetry restoration, Hadronization and chemical freeze-out, Compact Stars, Future facilities, detectors and methods.
